You receive an access violation error message when you use the Microsoft Application Verifier to monitor the Sqlservr.exe program for SQL Server 2005 (917135)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Microsoft Application Verifier to monitor the Sqlservr.exe program for Microsoft SQL Server 2005, you receive an access violation error message. This issue occurs when the Application Verifier uses the Thread Local Storage (TLS) test.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
