SYMPTOMS

Groove tools always display time in the format which is the default for the locale.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Groove does not recognize custom format changes that are made in the Microsoft Windows Regional Options tool.

For example, if the Standards and formats option is set to English (United States), Groove displays meeting and calendar times in the 12-hour time format. This occurs even when you customize Windows to use a 24-hour time format. If the Standards and formats option is set to English (United Kingdom), Groove displays these times in 24-hour time format.
