SYMPTOMS

You use the drag-and-drop method to move a 100 MB or larger file from the Files tool to the desktop in Groove Workspace or in Groove Virtual Office. You leave the pointer out of the Files tool window when the file is still being copied. When you do this, the copy operation slows.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, keep the pointer in the Files tool until the file transfer has finished. Alternatively, select the file, and then click Save Files instead of dragging the file.
