SYMPTOMS

You have paused communications in a Groove workspace, but you are still receiving incoming data in the workspace.

CAUSE

The sending member in the workspace is using Groove 1.3 or an earlier version of Groove.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, all members of the workspace must upgrade to the current version of Groove.

MORE INFORMATION

If you pause communications in a workspace, and Workspace Manager shows that the space is continuing to receive data, the following conditions are true:
  • The sending member is running Groove 1.3 or an earlier version of Groove.
  • The sending member is communicating with your Groove client by using a peer to peer connection.
