INTRODUCTION

This article discusses how to use the Send to Groove button in Microsoft Outlook to create a new Groove discussion by using Outlook e-mail messages.

MORE INFORMATION

You can use Groove Workspace and Groove Virtual Office to send a complete e-mail thread and its attachments from Outlook to a Groove workspace. To do this, select a message or a group of messages in an Outlook mailbox, and then click Send to Groove. Follow the instructions in the wizard that appears to create a workspace from the e-mail thread and to invite contacts to that workspace.

Outlook contacts who participated in the e-mail thread will automatically be included in the invitation list. You can add or delete contacts from the invitation list before the invitations are sent.

Note To use the Send to Groove button, an e-mail message in an Outlook Mail folder must be selected.
