SYMPTOMSWhen you open the Choose Form dialog box in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you may experience a long delay before the Choose Form dialog box is displayed. Note To open the Choose Form dialog box, perform one of the following actions: - On the File menu, point to New, and then click Choose Form.
- On the Tools menu, point to Forms, and then click Choose Form.
