The "Lock Pricing" and "Fulfill Order" items are still available on the Actions menu after you install Microsoft CRM Integration for Great Plains (913647)

SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario: - You install Microsoft CRM Integration for Great Plains.
- You create a sales order in an integrated environment.
In this scenario, the Lock Pricing item and the Fulfill Order item are unexpectedly still available on the Actions menu. Note The Actions menu appears in the Order dialog box in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. STATUS
This behavior is by design.MORE INFORMATIONIf you click Fulfill Order on the Actions menu in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the information about the sales order is updated in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. However, if you click Fulfill Order for a sales order in an integrated environment, the information about the sales order is not integrated in Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains.
You have to perform a fulfillment process in the Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains environment. Therefore, the Fulfill Order item is useless in an integrated environment.
If you click Lock Pricing on the Actions menu in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the Pricing option is unavailable in the Order Product dialog box. However, if you click Lock Pricing in an integrated environment, any price change that occurs in the Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains environment is not reflected in the order. To avoid this behavior, disable the Lock Pricing option.
