SYMPTOMS

After you install Update Rollup 2 for Microsoft CRM 1.2, letters do not appear on the alphabet bar.

This problem occurs in the following versions of Microsoft CRM 1.2:
  • Portuguese (Brazilian)
  • Italian
  • French

Hotfix information
