SYMPTOMS

When you print or preview a report in Microsoft Office Access 2003, the first lines or the last lines of some report pages may not appear or may be truncated.

CAUSE

This problem may occur when all the following conditions are true:
  • The report contains two or more controls.
  • The controls are positioned vertically so that the bottom of the top control and the top of the bottom control are as close as possible without overlapping.
  • The Can Grow property of the top control is set to Yes.

RESOLUTION

How to obtain the hotfix

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, you can move the controls farther apart. However, this workaround may not work in all situations.
