SYMPTOMS

Recently played games appear in the incorrect order on the Xbox.com Web site and in the Compare Games view in the Xbox Live Dashboard after you use the Recover Gamertag from Xbox Live option.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs after you recover your gamertag.

THINGS TO TRY

  1. Insert the game disc or play each game that you played before you recovered your gamertag.

MORE INFORMATION

The process of recovering a gamertag mixes the order of the games that are listed in your recently played game list. The last game that you played before you recovered your gamertag remains "stuck" as the most recent game. This behavior occurs even if you play other games by using your recovered gamertag.
