  1. In the Choose a language to update box, click the language version of Flight Simulator 2004 - A Century of Flight that you have installed.
  2. On the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (UPDATE) Readme file Web page, click Download Now.
  3. Under Download Now, click Download Update.
  4. In the File Download dialog box, click Save, and then save the update file to a folder on the computer.
  5. Locate and then double-click the Fs91upd.exe file that you saved in step 4.
  6. Click Run when you receive the following message: Do you want to run this file?
  7. Click OK when you receive the following message: Welcome to the Flight Simulator 2004 Update.

    This installation may not run correctly if you've installed add-on products that modified any original Flight Simulator 2004 files. After upgrading, add-on programs that modified original Flight Simulator files may not run correctly. Installation time can vary depending on your computer.
