MORE INFORMATION

The capital T appears at the end of the Line Total column because the item in the document is a taxable item. The capital T does not appear if the item is not a taxable item. You may not want the capital T to appear in the document.

To remove the capital T, remove the taxable information from the document template in the Manage Microsoft Word Templates dialog box. To do this, follow these steps:

  7. On the File menu, click Save As.
  8. Type a file name for the template, and then click Save.
