After you call a function that belongs to the Npptools.dll file in a Windows 2000 application, you may receive an access violation (911018)

SYMPTOMS

You call a function that belongs to the Npptools.dll file in a Microsoft Windows 2000 application. For example, you call the GetNPPBlobTable function. After you do this, you may receive an access violation.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the function is trying to access an invalid address that used to belong to the Ndsinpp.dll file.

RESOLUTION
