The All Data option is not available in the Convert from QuickBooks Wizard in Small Business Accounting (908807)

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install Service Pack 1 for Business Contact Manager Update and Small Business Accounting, and the Transaction Migration Update.

To have All Data option in the Convert from QuickBooks Wizard available, you must be running Small Business Accounting version 1.0.3223.1. When you install Service Pack 1 for Business Contact Manager Update and Small Business Accounting in part 1 of the resolution, the version is updated to 1.0.3223.1. If you have already installed version 1.0.3223.1, go to part 2.

Part 1: Install Service Pack 1 for Business Contact Manager Update and Small Business Accounting

1. Visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=93929CAC-37F3-4EE1-931B-807703037E89&displaylang=en.    Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most current virus-detection software that was available on the date that the file was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help prevent any unauthorized changes to the file.
2. Click Download, and then follow the instructions on screen to download and install Service Pack 1 for Business Contact Manager Update and Small Business Accounting.

Part 2: Install the Transaction Migration Update

Note Service Pack 1 for Business Contact Manager Update and Small Business Accounting must be installed before you can install the Transaction Migration Update.

1. Visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://sba.microsoft.com/MigrationDownload.htm
2. Click Download the transaction migration update. Click Run or Save. You may receive a warning message that states that you have to click Run.
3. Click Next, and then click Install.
4. As soon as the installation wizard is completed, click Finish. The All Data option will be available in the Convert from QuickBooks Wizard.
