Session Summary

In this Support WebCast, we will discuss the new junk e-mail features in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2). We will talk about how the protection feature works against various kinds of e-mail. This includes junk e-mail and phishing schemes. We will talk about the presentation of e-mail formats, what they look like, and what to look for to confirm that they are fraudulent. We will compare features from Service Pack 1 (SP1) and SP2.

Race Farlow has been with Microsoft since April 1992 starting in the Platforms Group with Windows 3.1 and continuing through Windows NT 4.0. Race has been with the messaging group for the past six and one-half years in Exchange Client/Server Infrastructure (XCSI).
