Xbox 360: You receive the "There were no Xbox Live child profiles found" error message (908219)

SUMMARY

When you try to access Live Controls on the Family Settings screen to enforce Family Settings for Xbox Live, you may receive the following error message:
There were no Xbox Live child profiles found.

To use Xbox Live Family Settings, please create a child profile that has Xbox Live or insert a memory unit with a child profile that has Xbox Live.

You receive this error message when a child profile cannot be found on the hard drive or in the memory unit. Family Settings are enforced and managed directly on the child's account. To make changes or additions to the Family Settings, the child's account must be logged in. If you want to enforce Xbox Live Family Settings but do not have a child account, create a child account.

Note Xbox Live Family Settings cannot be added to a non-child account. After a non-child account is created, the account may not be downgraded to a child account.
