INTRODUCTION

You can use the Clipboard to copy the following types of data from a guest operating system to a host operating system in Microsoft Virtual PC 2004:
  • Text (CF_TEXT)
  • Bitmap (CF_BITMAP)
  • Unicode Text (CF_UNICODETEXT)

MORE INFORMATION

If you use the Clipboard to transfer other types of data, you may receive an error message. This problem occurs if Virtual Machine Additions is running on a virtual machine. If you uninstall Virtual Machine Additions, this problem does not occur.
