This article describes how to delete incidents in the Virus Incidents database (Incidents.mdb) in Sybari Antigen.

To delete incidents in the Virus Incidents database, follow these steps:
  1. Start the Sybari Client (SybariClient.exe).
  2. In Shuttle Navigator, click Report, and then click Incidents.
  3. Click Clear Log.
  4. In Shuttle Navigator, click Operate, and then click Run Job.
  5. In the right pane, click a scan job, and then click Clear log.

    Note If you do not want to delete all the incidents, click the incidents that you want to delete in the Time column, and then press DELETE. To delete a series of incidents, click the first incident in the series, press SHIFT, click the last incident in the series, and then press DELETE. To delete incidents that do not appear in order, click the first incident, press CTRL, click the other incidents that you want to delete, and then press DELETE. If you select many incidents, Antigen may take a long time to delete all the incidents. You may be prompted to confirm the deletion.
Antigen automatically compacts the Virus Incidents database every 24 hours to reallocate memory.
