SYMPTOMS

When you select an item from the main menu in Microsoft Money, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
OBJECT MOVED - This document may be found here
The error message is followed by several Web addresses.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if Symantec Corporation's Norton Internet Security is enabled Additionally, this problem may occur if another third-party firewall software is enabled.

WORKAROUND

Warning This workaround may make your computer or your network more vulnerable to attack by malicious users or by malicious software such as viruses. We do not recommend this workaround but are providing this information so that you can implement this workaround at your own discretion. Use this workaround at your own risk.
To work around this problem, disable or remove the Norton Internet Security firewall software or the other firewall software.

MORE INFORMATION

This problem is not resolved if you remove and then reinstall Norton Internet Security or the other third-party software.
