SYMPTOMS

When you use the IAccessible functions to retrieve information in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (SP1), an unhandled access violation may occur in the Mshtml.dll file. This problem occurs when you close Internet Explorer.

RESOLUTION
