Darin Roulston and Mohammad Nadeem. Darin Roulston is a member of the Texas Messaging Team. He has supported many Exchange issues, but his primary expertise is in Exchange transports. He has been with Microsoft for almost seven years and has supported all versions of Exchange in a variety of roles. He is a member of Exchange Escalation Services and deals primarily with critical high-severity cases with Microsoft's largest customers.
Mohammad Nadeem is member of the Texas Messaging Team with expertise in the area of Microsoft Exchange Server transports. He has served as a technical lead for Exchange Transports Teams. He has supported all versions of Exchange and has been associated with the early beta stages of several Exchange versions. Mohammed has seven years of Exchange product experience and ten years of experience in information technology. He is the author of several white papers, advanced troubleshooting guides, and articles on complex topics. He also develops and delivers training to internal Microsoft support engineers on Exchange.
