Your computer may restart when you save a picture in Digital Image Suite (896926)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to save a picture in Microsoft Digital Image Suite, your computer may restart. Additionally, when you try to open, save, or change an image, the computer may restart. Or, you may receive the following error message:
Bad Pool Header or a Blue Screen Stop error.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you have Norton GoBack 4.0 installed on a Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2)-based computer.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, use one of the following methods.

Turn off GoBack 4.0

You can try turning off GoBack 4.0 to see if that lets you save files in Digital Image Suite.
