This Support WebCast discusses several topics including how to relocate a certification authority if you suspect a future server failure. It also talks about the steps to take for failure recovery of a certification authority. The WebCast also provides step-by-step information about how to handle these situations.

This is a Level 300 session presented by Shawn Rabourn.

Shawn Rabourn joined Microsoft in September 2001, and is currently a support engineer with the Windows Server Directory Services team. He has been a leader in PKI support for PSS for more than two years. Shawn graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Colorado State University. Shawn holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) certifications.
