CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the 32-bit version of the Fax Routing Extension and the 32-bit Fax Service Provider (FSP) cannot be registered by the FaxRegisterRoutingExtension and FaxRegisterServiceProvide functions. These functions are used by the Windows 64-bit Fax service.STATUS
This behavior is by design.
