The decimal point of currency values does not appear if the value is 0 in opportunity e-mail templates in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM (895483)

SYMPTOMS

The information in this article applies to the display of the decimal point in currency values in the e-mail templates for opportunities in the Microsoft Business Solutions CRM versions 1.2 and 1.0 Web client.

In Microsoft CRM, when you use the e-mail templates for opportunities, the decimal point in currency values does not appear if the value is 0.

For example, if the estimated value is 0.50, the value is displayed as 0.5. If the value is 0.00, the value is displayed as 0.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

  1. Click Goto, point to Home, and then click Settings.
