When you share a program as a presenter in a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005 session, attendees of the meeting may see a black screen.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, do each of the following as appropriate to your situation, and then restart your computer:
  • Turn off any popup blockers before you enter your meeting.
  • Disable any remote-control software or PC Synchronization tools. For example, disable remote-control programs that allow youto control a remote PC from your desktop.
  • Disable or quit any utilities for synchronizing your PC with your handheld device or portable computer.
  • Reduce the hardware acceleration on your computer.

The way that you have your open program windows arranged on your screen may cause a similar issue. For example, if the following conditions are true when you share a specific program as a presenter in Live Meeting 2005, your meeting attendees may see a black screen:
