Star Wars: Republic Commando is an Xbox Live Aware title. This means that the game automatically signs you in to Xbox Live when the game starts.

Sign in

By default, when the game starts you are automatically signed in to Xbox Live.

To sign in to Xbox Live by using a different account, follow these steps:

1. On the Main screen, press the directional pad (D-pad) up or down to select Multiplayer, and then press the A button.
2. On the Multiplayer screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Xbox Live, and then press the A button.
3. On the Xbox Live screen, press the D-pad down to select Sign Out, and then press the A button. You receive the following message: Sign out of Xbox Live?
4. Press the A button to sign out.
   
   Note You must sign out of Xbox Live and return to the Main screen before you can sign in by using a different account.
5. On the Main screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Multiplayer, and then press the A button.
6. On the Multiplayer screen, press the D-pad up or down to select Xbox Live, and then press the A button to view the Sign In screen.
7. On the Sign In screen, press the D-pad up or down to select the Gamertag that you want to use, and then press the A button.
   
   If you prefer to create a new Xbox Live account, press D-pad up or down to select New Account, and then press the A button. You receive the following message: You are about to leave Star Wars: Republic Commando to create a new Xbox Live account. Do you want to continue?
8. Press the A button for Yes.
9. After you select the appropriate account to sign in to Xbox Live, the following options are available on the Xbox Live screen:
   • Quick Match
   • OptiMatch
   • Create Match
   • Recent Players
   • Friends List
   • Settings
   • Content Download
   • Sign Out
