SYMPTOMS

When you use the correction tool on a Hewlett Packard (HP) Compaq Tablet PC to correct a word that has been converted from ink format to text format, Microsoft Windows Messenger unexpectedly quits.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the Tablet PC has an outdated display adaptor driver.
