If you encounter a third-party application that cannot successfully
import clip art provided with Publisher (or the Publisher Design
Pack), try to load the file into Publisher.
If the file won't load, it may be corrupt. Compare the file dates
and sizes of the file and perform a CHKDSK to search for lost clusters
(repairing any damage). If there is a discrepancy, you will need to
reinstall the clip art.
If the file successfully loads into Publisher, forward the customer
information to the Publisher Liaison for testing and verification.
