RESOLUTION
To retrieve the correct key for the game that you purchased, use
one of the following methods.
Games purchased after March 19, 2004
If you purchased your game after March 19, 2004, the key is
stored on your Purchase History page that is stored on Zones.com. To view the
Purchase History page, visit the following Web site:
Note You must log on to MSN with your account name and password to
retrieve your key information.
Games purchased before March 19, 2004
If you purchased your game before March 19, 2004, send an e-mail
to
ZDeluxe@microsoft.com. In your e-mail, include the e-mail address that you used to purchase the game. We will try to
verify the purchase and provide your key.
Note You may not receive a response if your mailbox is full or if you
have blocked zdeluxe@microsoft.com in your e-mail filter. To make sure that your
response arrives, check your mailbox settings. If you are using a junk mail
filter option, your response may be in your Junk Mail box.
