The game encountered an internal error. Please try restarting or reinstalling game (4).

CAUSE

This issue may occur because of an incompatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.

Note Sometimes when you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may not be able to connect to a secure Web site (https://).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install the latest version of Internet Explorer 6.
