WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, grant the db_securityadmin role to the user for the BizTalkDTADb database. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft SQL Server, and then click Enterprise Manager.

  3. Expand Security, and then click Logins.
  4. Right-click the user who you want to give the db_securityadmin server role to, and then click Properties.
  5. In the SQL Server Login Properties dialog box, click the Database Access tab. Then, click to select the Permit check box that corresponds to the BizTalkDTADb database.
  6. In the Database roles for 'BizTalkDTADb' list, click to select the db_securityadmin check box, and then click OK.
