RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the Microsoft Project Server 2003 post-Service Pack 1 (SP1) hotfix that is dated November 4, 2004. The method for storing work durations has changed from two digits to four digits for time-phased actuals. Actual work and actual overtime work are typed in the right pane of the timesheet.
Note Even after you install the hotfix, the numbers still appear as two-digit numbers. However, the numbers are stored, rounded, and used as four-digit numbers. For example, if you type
0.125d, you see
0.13d if you are displaying time in days. You see
1h instead of
1.04h if you are displaying time in hours.
