SYMPTOMSWhen you run a custom Web program in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer may unexpectedly quit and you may receive the following error message: Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
