SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, when you use the mouse to click Close to quit Gem Master, your computer becomes slow or unresponsive. The Processes tab in Windows Task Manager shows that the Ehshell.exe process uses 100 percent of CPU usage.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use the remote control to return to the main Media Center window to quit Gem Master.

STATUS
