SYMPTOMS

You cannot share a program in Microsoft Office Live Meeting.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
  • You try to share the program from a computer that was manufactured by Sun Microsystems.
  • The program that you try to share uses OpenGL APIs.
  • Your computer has a video card installed that provides graphics acceleration for OpenGL APIs.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, disable graphics acceleration on your computer. For more information about how to do this, see the documentation that was provided with your computer.
