SYMPTOMS

When you try to send invitations to your meeting attendees in Microsoft Office Live Meeting, the invitations are not sent, and you receive the following error message:
We're sorry the Outlook invitation tool cannot be used in Netscape. You may prevent these buttons from appearing by going to the User Preferences and disabling Outlook invitations.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you use Netscape as your Web browser and Microsoft Outlook as your e-mail program.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, copy and paste the meeting invitation in the body of an Outlook e-mail message, and then send the invitation to your meeting attendees.
