INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to view a list of who has viewed the recording of a Microsoft Office Live Meeting.

Note You must be a Live Meeting system administrator or the meeting organizer to view a list of people who have viewed the recording of a Live Meeting.

To view a list of people who have viewed a meeting recording, follow these steps:
  1. Type the following text in a browser window:

    http://www.microsoft.com/uc/livemeeting/default.mspxcompany/home

    In this example, company is the name of your company.
  2. Type your information in the Your User Login box and in the Your Password box, and then click submit.
  3. Under View, click Reports.
  4. Click Recording List, and then click the Recording ID of the meeting that you want.
