This article discusses how to obtain a transcript of a Microsoft Office Live Meeting session.

Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003 sessions and Microsoft Office Live Meeting version 4.4 sessions are composed of two components: the audio component and the visual component. Live Meeting provides the visual component, and a third-party conference-call provider delivers the audio component. Because of this, Live Meeting does not provide a transcript of the audio component of a Live Meeting session.

If you want a transcript of a Live Meeting session, you must contact the meeting organizer and request both a transcript of the Live Meeting session and an invitation to view the recording of the Live Meeting session.
