CAUSEThis issue may occur if the following two conditions are true: - A registry key for Microsoft Internet Explorer is missing.
- The Web Browser control (the Shdocvw.dll file) does not load correctly.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, reregister the Web Browser control. To do this, follow these steps: - Click Start, click Run, type Regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll in the Open box, and then click OK.
- Click OK when you receive the following message: DllRegisterServer and DllInstall in shdocvw.dll succeeded.
