You cannot log on to a Live Meeting Web conference (884078)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

When you type your logon information in the Organizer Information boxes in a Microsoft Office Live Meeting Web conference, you find that you cannot sign in to the conference.

RESOLUTION

In both Microsoft Office Live Meeting version 4.x and Microsoft Office Live Meeting 5.x, you must contact a Live Meeting Administrator at your company to reset your private account information. Live Meeting privacy and security policies prevent Live Meeting Technical Support from providing this information.

Live Meeting only provides the Web conferencing program to your company. A Live Meeting Administrator at your company designates all meeting organizers.
