In Live Meeting, you can share the following information with attendees:

• You can share parts of your screen.
• You can share programs.
• You can share all your desktop.

To share a slide, you can use the Sharing slide feature in your Live Meeting presentation. The following is a list of the three ways that you can use the Sharing slide feature in Live Meeting:

• You can share a frame. Sharing a frame provides the most sharing flexibility and control. You can switch between multiple programs that are running on your desktop. You can also size the Sharing frame to reveal only those parts of a program that you want to share.
• You can share a program. Sharing a program provides the most convenient way to select a single program in its entirety. Additionally, you can share the program from your desktop.
• You can share your desktop. Sharing your desktop lets you share all the information that is on your computer, and it provides the easiest way to give control of all the programs on your computer to another attendee.
