INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to search for specific meetings in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2003. This procedure is especially useful when you have hundreds of meetings to choose from or when you have many different organizers.

To search for a specific meeting in Live Meeting, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to Live Meeting as the organizer or administrator.
  2. Under Manage, click Meetings.
  3. On the Manage Meetings page, do one or more of the following:
    • In the Show all meetings between drop-down list boxes, click the start date and the end date.
    • In the Or Show Meetings in label, click Current/Future, Past, or All.
    • In the Containing text box, type all or part of the meeting ID or of the meeting description. Or, type the organizer's name for the meeting that you want to locate.
    • Click to select the Show meetings for all Organizers check box.
  4. Click Search.
