USB 1.1 devices may be unavailable after you install an iKey 1000 security device on a Windows XP-based computer (873177)

SYMPTOMSWhen you install an iKey 1000 security device from SafeNet, Inc. on a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer, and then you disable the USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller Interface (EHCI) controller, you may be prompted to restart the computer. After the computer restarts, USB 1.1 devices that are connected to your computer may be unavailable.CAUSEThis problem may occur if you do not use the latest iKey 1000 device drivers when you install the iKey 1000 device. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, download and install the latest iKey 1000 device drivers. To do this, visit the following SafeNet Web site:
