To use AOL with Live Meeting, use the following methods in the order that they appear in.

Method 1: Clear your browser cache

To clear your browser cache, follow these steps:

1. Log on to AOL.
2. Click Settings, and then click Preferences.
3. Click Internet Properties (WWW).
4. Click Delete Files.

Method 2: Turn off Web Graphics compression

To turn off Web Graphics compression, follow these steps:

1. Log on to AOL.
2. Click Settings, and then click Preferences.
3. Click Internet Properties (WWW).
4. Click the Web Graphics tab, and then click to select the Never Compress Graphics check box.

Method 3: Turn on Java (Sun)

To turn on Java (Sun), follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type inetcpl.cpl, and then press ENTER.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Locate either Microsoft virtual machine (Microsoft VM) or Java (Sun).
   
   Note If you have both Microsoft VM and Java (Sun) installed on your computer, follow these steps for only one program to avoid conflicts:
   1. If you have Microsoft VM installed, click to select all the following check boxes:
      • Java console enabled (requires restart)
      • Java logging enabled
      • JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled (requires restart)
   2. If you have Java (Sun), click to select the Use Java check box.
4. If you selected an option that requires a restart, restart your computer.
