This article discusses why you cannot delete Meet Now meetings in Microsoft Office Live Meeting.

MORE INFORMATION

When you view a Live Meeting on the Manage Meetings page, the Delete column does not contain a check box if you created the Live Meeting by using the Meet Now button. You cannot delete this meeting so that your meeting contents such as slides and annotations are there whenever you want them.
