The OutResendT message is a internal message that the MSMQT posts to itself as a reminder to resend any messages that were not received and were not acknowledged by the destination. Typically, there is one OutResendT message for each instance of MSMQT. Also, there must never be more than one OutResendT message for each MSMQT outgoing instance.

Under stress conditions, (10 or more hours), an instance of MSMQT can have more than one OutResendT message. If this behavior occurs, one or more of the following conditions may be true:

• The status of each OutResendT message is delivered, not consumed.
• The BizTalk Server MessageBox database appears to be flooded.
