SYMPTOMS

After you click Finish to complete the installation of McAfee Virusscan Professional version 6.0 on Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), you may receive the following error message:
Webscanx.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
