SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook 1.2, when you create a mail merge document from a quote that contains blank lines, that is, carriage return-line feeds, in its description field, the Description field in the resultant mail merge document is put into a single line and does not retain the carriage return-line feeds.RESOLUTIONMicrosoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.
