SYMPTOMS

When you schedule a new meeting by using the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
Meeting IDs must be 1 to 32 characters.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the Meeting ID exceeds 32 total characters.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, type a new meeting ID that is less than 32 total characters long.
